Hello and Welcome.
My name is Brian Kirkby and I am a freelance musician and music teacher specializing in piano, keyboard and trumpet tuition, based in Exeter, Devon.
I have over thirty years experience as a professional musician, including EMI's Premier Feature Band, International Residencies, Band Leadership, Touring Shows, Cabaret, Ship Work and fourteen years as the pianist for Devon’s Premier Big Band, a high profile concert band noted for its musical excellence.
Whatever the reason that people choose to learn a musical instrument, I am happy to guide and help them, the emphasis always being on encouragement and enjoyment.
